Claudia M. Simchick specializes in Still Life paintings, realistic style. She was born in Guadalajara, Jalisco,

Mexico and was raised in Mexico City, Mexico. Growing up she had the influence of color and mysticism

 that exists within the mexican culture. She has a degree in mechanical engineering and as a "hobby" she

    studied art and painting in the Coyoacan neighborhood in Mexico City. She had always liked art, color and

        nature´s forms and perfection. In her Still Life paintings, she tries to capture the richness in color and form of

    the object(s). She loves simple things, and can make a piece of art of any object that could look “un artsy”.

                        She also has a collection of Art for kids, as she believes that kids have a special and wonderful taste for ART,

colors, texture and forms.
